What does Santa like to eat? - A jolly roll.

Hey.

This is my first post on this blog (which has an awesome name, for what matters!).

First of all, Quellypso is kind of my nickname whenever I star a new online game--or my username on instagram (self promotion ftw).

Second of all, that pun was totally intentional! It's Christmas until 6th of Januray, so I'll keep'em coming (that is, if I got anything to blab about, hue).

So, anyway, I wanted to write about somthing, anything, and I remembered yesterday was a good day. I must say I did not went out to test my right hooks, but was a good boxing day! (I'll stop!!)

Since I'm currently enjoying a nice and long winter break (and trying not to think about the tons of study I still have to do, if I want to pass all my courses this semester) I thought 'Why not going out with my cute derpy boyfriend and have a nice time before I leave to spend New Year with grampa?'

So, with that in mind, I remember how much I love parks and Lisboa (Lisbon, for you clueless peeps ♥). Hence, my afternoon spent on Príncipe Real Garden /sparkly eyes/.

As you can imagine, that's not all there is of the park, but I was so happy just sitting on that bench looking at the old tree, hearing the birds chirping all around me, the street vendors selling their vintage or handcrafted stuff. And dogs everywhere!! Ah, paradise.

But of course, I was not yet satisfied. It was almost 4:30 pm and I had to eat something (you'll soon realize I'm a sweet tooth and most of my dates involves food in some way). So, we searched for a cafe nearby where we could eat and drink coffee--we've been tired from all the festivities, making food all day, cleaning the house for family guests, opening so many presents (sarcasm mode always on).

That's when we found out about TEASE. Yeah, you read it right. No, it's not a kinky place to eat (or be eaten! ... maybe I'll think about something like that someday). It's a nice cafe where your senses are in fact teased: your eyes can't fully grab all details around you; your nose completely filled with a delicious smell of muffins and chocolate and tea and coffee; your ears pick up a soft and quiet music in the background; and of course, all the flavors you get the chance to try!
I looove strawberries. So I couldn't help but choose the STRAWBERRY cupcake and the black tea with STRAWBERRY and peppermint. 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓 My babe, as the big foodie (or so he likes to call himself) as he is, decided to choose the dulce de leche cupcake (which he kinda found too sweet) and go with the irish coffee--ugh, 'twas too much alchoolic for my taste.

But was a nice, different snack to have :) the cupcakes were beautifully made and decorated, the topping was very creamy without being too sweet, and were not extravagant to the point where I didn't even wanted to eat them. And don't even get me started on the tea. Oh my g- that tea was amazing, I must say. I absolutely love tea and am now addicted to black tea with strawberry (I said it again, ah!) and peppermint.

After the snack, it was getting late for us, public transports riders, to go home. It takes us about an hour to get from Lisboa to Sintra (another great place to visit!!), so we decided to get going at 5:30 pm. We walked back to Príncipe Real Garden, to go to Restauradores Train Station and back home, but before that we passed by São Pedro de Alcântara's Viewpoint.

Lisboa is so beautiful in the night. Wouldn't you say? 😁

So, what you think about my first post? What are your suggestions? What should I change? Where should I go? Should I stop with the puns? (I must warn you that that is a difficult quest for you guys!) Or just say hi, I love to chat!
